Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: 1–3 business days

• Other UAE Emirates: 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.

3. Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping on orders above [AED amount]. This offer will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can track the delivery status of your package.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within the UAE. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

In case of order refusal at delivery, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders.
